Probst needs to be notified within 7 days of the delivery date and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
How to return a product
Please thoroughly inspect all deliveries for damage before signing*. In most cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping with proper tracking information and insurance. We want you to be fully satisfied with your experience.
Every Return/Refund is handled on a case-by-case basis. Before returning goods always first contact Probst Ltd. in advance via phone +44 1952 292733 or mail sales@probst-handling.co.uk within the 7-day timeframe. You will receive an RMA-number which needs to be referenced on your return shipment.
If you are requesting a return due to faulty goods, the shipping charges must initially be covered by the customer, but will be reimbursed if the goods are found to have a manufacturer's defect.
Returns of non-faulty products:
Should you return a non-faulty item, please note that it has to be in an unused state and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will have to be covered by the customer and will not be refunded.
* If there is obvious damage to the outside packaging note it on the delivery receipt. Contact Probst Ltd. within 1 business day to report any damage. Claims cannot be filed by Probst Ltd. if damage is reported after the delivery receipt has been signed for without noting possible damage. If you suspect the merchandise might have concealed damage (ex. the sound of broken glass) mark the delivery receipt accordingly. In the event that the truck driver does not give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark “Driver would not wait for inspection- Possible concealed damage” on your delivery receipt before signing.
